Gelato isn't just dessert, it's a tradition that we've studied at the source.

 

Our owners traveled to Bologna, Italy, to train at the world-renowned Carpigiani Gelato University, where they mastered the authentic art of gelato-making. Every batch we create is crafted with the same techniques and passion passed down by Italy’s finest artisans, ensuring that each scoop is as smooth, flavorful, and unforgettable as the gelato you’d find on the streets of Rome or Florence.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GELATO AND ICE CREAM?

LESS FAT

Gelato is made with more milk and less cream than ice cream, giving it a lower fat content. That subtle difference allows the natural flavors — from pistachio to hazelnut to dark chocolate — to shine more vividly, without being masked by heavy cream.

LESS AIR

While ice cream is whipped to increase volume, gelato is churned slowly, incorporating far less air. The result is a denser, silkier texture that feels luxurious on the tongue and delivers a more intense flavor with every spoonful.

WARMER TEMPERATURE
